More Pictures from Epstein Estate Made Public by Democratic US Lawmakers

Site layouts for the financier's private Caribbean island featured within the released materials.

Also featured in this recent image drop seems to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.

Jeffrey Epstein acquired a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

The released images indicate he had created plans to transform the 161-acre island by constructing homes, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.

You can see the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the territory, marked on the lower right-hand corner.

This development map is covered in handwritten red notes and contains a legend labelling distinct areas of the estate.

In addition to this are what appear to be nine other property layouts and construction drawings, such as designs for marina coverings.

More documentation released as part of the continuing investigative disclosure.
